ST2 was bombing on me hardcore today on not 1, but 2 machines.

I had some folders from the package contents of the application on Dropbox which I did delete when trying to download a fresh copy. When I tried to open the fresh copy of the application I got this little gem attached in the screenshot. WTF is going on? I work at a large agency and this set me back a ton with my work making me venture elsewhere for another code editor. I did pay for my license so I am using a legit copy. Please, please help me.
