Windows arrow shortcut override sublime

#1

I’m trying to do multiline editing in sublime. But every time I press ctrl + alt + arrow keys, instead of sublime uses its shortcut, windows do. And it does invert my screen position. I know that I can change sublime key bindings, but there is some way to go through this?

It seems more a setting of you graphic card, more than windows shortcut (they are usually binded with Win key), I remember I had the same problem in photoshop when i pressed ctrl+alt+up/down flipping my screen upsidedown, the solution was to disable graphic card keybindings.

hope it helps
