On Windows 7 Enterprise edition when I save .ssh/config it shows the owner as Administrator (in cygwin). This prevents my ~/.ssh/config file from working. I have to manually change the owner back to my user. This happens each time.
Is there a config setting that I need to change to save the file as my user instead of Administrator?

What’s weird is I don’t see this problem across all files. So far have noticed it only happens with .ssh/config
