I recently installed Sublime Text 3 on Windows 7, and saw that it had Package Control installed. I hit ctrl+shift+p and clicked Install Package, but all that happens is the text “Loading Repositories ====]” appears at the bottom for a split second, and nothing else happens.

No real clue, but maybe answering these will put you on a path:

If you open the console (ctrl+`) do you see any error?

Are you perchance behind a proxy?

Any difference if you manually install package control your own self?

I’m seeing this as well on OSX. I’m not seeing anything in the console.
