Hi,
I moved A TODO.txt file to a network location and symlinked it to my desktop.
Sublime can open the file but when I modify it and save it it says

Error: rename(/home/user/Desktop/.sublf87.tmp, /home/user/Hosts/SOME_REMOTE_HOST/home/user/Desktop/TODO.txt)
Invalid cross-device link[/quote]
Permissions look good. The location is mounted via
mount -t cifson a fedora 20 x64
Saving directly to this location works, too.
