Where is user settings file stored on Linux?

I accidently entered "98" for my font size. Now SublimeText 2 won't start. I'm running Linux and I need to fix the font size in that file but I'm not sure where it is located. Where is it?

The file is ~/.Sublime Text 2/Packages/User/Base File.sublime-settings

Another option to reset everything to a freshly installed state is to just delete the entire ~/.Sublime Text 2 directory
