When autoexpanding HTML tags using the tab key, example: typing ‘img’ and pressing [tab] will create the image tag with an “id” and “alt” tags. Is there a setting to make the attributes use single quotes by default? Also, is there a way to modify what attriutes are automatically created for each tag?

I, too, want sublime to to use single-quotes as default for HTML items. I followed the link above which led me to the HTML folder (as opposed to Ruby, which that post is addressing). Which file do I edit? Not sure where to look or which line of code to edit. Thanks
