Hi,

I’ve a fresh win 8 install and sublime text 2, upgraded graphics card from intel onboard to ati radeon hd5450, everything is smooth in windows, online video stream etc. but the scrolling is very laggy in sublime text, it was great with my onboard intel graphics but laggy now with more powerful ati radeon hd5450 card.

Sublime text is my main text editor, can’t find any solution, i’ve searched the forum and saw that enabling opengl can be a fix but don’t know how to enable it.
