How open such files with sublime text for editing through command line?

I use sublimetext for view/edit files in my double commander.
I fail when trying to view/edit files with .sublime-project extention

and does it possible temporary change hot key to close file viewing?

That is handy to F3 and then ESC, F3-ESC when do some browsing file contents in double commander.
But having sublime as external viewer it is ugly to press F3 than ALT+F4 or CTRL+w
