PHP Doc Block Snippet Broken?

PHP Doc Block Snippet Broken?

The PHP Doc Block snippet command (/**) doesn't seem to be generating doc blocks anymore on the last couple of builds. I looked at the snippets file and saw that it was still same command. Did something change regarding how snippets function? I used to just type /** [tab] ... I also have PHP selected as my "Syntax".

Punctuation based snippets are presently not working, it's not my list of things to fix
