I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this question; if not, please tell me the correct venue.

When I start SublimeText 3 after rebooting my computer and invoke Filter Through Command I always get the following error in a dialog box:

Error loading syntax file “Packages/SublimeExternalCommand/external_command.hidden-tmLanguage”: Unable to open Packages/SublimeExternalCommand/external_command.hidden-tmLanguage

I can close the dialog box and proceed as though the error was not displayed.
Subsequent invocations of Filter Through Command do not produce the error - it only occurs the first time after reboot.
How can I resolve this so that I don’t get the error?
