I’m running Linux Mint 17, with Sublime Text 3. Every time I install a new package all the user settings are blank. I know I can copy them from the default settings, but I just wanted to know if this was normal. I’m also having issue’s with other packages and I wanted to make sure I have installed it correctly.

I have tried reinstalling it and it doesn’t seem to help.

Yeah, they’re supposed to be blank. I recommend using this package: github.com/jgbishop/sxs-settings which makes it easy to copy/paste.
