When running sublime text the windows process “WmiPrvSE.exe” starts using excessive cpu.
Closing Sublime Text cause this CPU usage to stop.
The Spike is CPU usage seems to be triggered when editing files but persists after it first occurs.
This spike in cpu usage causes sublime text to be very laggy.
I have disabled MSSE scanners for testing and there was no significant difference.

Windows 7 x64
Sublime Text 3, build 3083
