This is weird behavior.

Type “asdf”
hit “redo” command a bunch (CMD+Y on a mac)
end up with “asdfasdfasdfasdfasdf”

Similiar for anything else (like delete)

When you are not browsing through the undo history, “redo” does exctly what it says: it redoes the last action. This behavior is not unique to Sublime Text.
