File corrupted after power failure

I was working in Sublime on one of important codes and the main electric supply to my computer went off.
I was glad i saved the file just 1 minute before this happened. I started the Computer again and checked the file But it showed me blank in sublime.
Shockin thing is the file size is still 20KB. I opened it Notepad and its blank again. Then i downloaded UltraEdit Editor and opened the same file and its showing me following Code :


I had to code the same thing again.

Please note my problem, and solve this for me...
