Unable to view UTF-16 LE files - ST2 Build 2076 - Mac

I'm using build 2076 of ST2 on a Mac, and when I go to open the file shown bellow, it does not display at all. Re-opening the file with UTF-16 LE does not resolve the issue.

Both TextEdit and vi open the file just fine.

Is this a known bug?
