[Sublime Text 2][Build 2095] Editor choking on a 600kb file

I'm trying to open a 600kb text file with sublime but it's super slow and freezes on most actions that involves edits.
The file doesn't contain a lot of lines but some lines are extremely wide (100k characters is max I think).

It seems like it's the actual insertion that is causing problems, perhaps it's time to optimize the string insertion/deletion
