'j' stops going a row downward in command mode on Vintage

'j' stops going a row downward in command mode on Vintage

When I'm in command mode and a line wraps around, I cannot use 'j' to go down a line.

The cursor is on line 25 but when I press 'j' nothing happens. The down arrow key works perfectly.

Turning off line wrap seems to fix this issue for me

I ran into a similar issue. I was using Vintage, highlighting lines in visual mode (SHIFT-V). I was able to select a wrapped line progressing downward, but was unable to remove that undo that selection by pressing up.

Same workaround works - disabling word wrap fixes the issue.

Is there a way to submit bugs?
