Incremental vs. regular find

Er... what's the difference between incremental find (cmd+i) and regular find (cmd+f), apart from the lack of find next/prev/all buttons in the search panel when you do an incremental search?

Simply the way Enter behaves, I believe.

That seems really pointless, and quite confusing.
