aligning ruby code, discovering packages

aligning ruby code, discovering packages

Postby BobWalsh on Tue Nov 01, 2011 10:50 pm

Hi,

Ready to buy S2, but I can't figure out how to nicely indent and align text in my various rails project. Saw in the plugin subforum re multi-alignment, have it installed, but cannot make it align text, or find its documentation.

Is there some command that will tell me what a plugin will do? or a directory?

No, there's no standard documentation or summary for plugins. Most of them are hosted on Github which displays their readme files on the main page. Usually this will tell you enough about the plugin, but not always. If you'd like more info about something, consider opening an issue on the github repo and I'm sure that 99% of developers would happily oblige. In terms of finding the github page, if you have Package Control installed, you can use the "Discover Packages" command to go to the repo page of each.

Thanks,

Any idea how to get text to properly align when editing ruby, html, javascript?
