Hello,

When my focus is set on the sidebar, pressing ctrl+shift+p does not bring the command palette up.
Switching focus to another element and then pressing the combination does the trick.
Running on Linux, ST2 build 2139.

Is this intended? I find it interrupts my workflow quite often.
