New file created in the wrong window

New file created in the wrong window

Postby codeboost on Wed Feb 01, 2012 12:48 pm

Sublime 2, build 2165, OS X 10.7.2

I have two projects opened in two separate windows.
Both are visible on the screen, one of the windows is focused.

Now if I move the mouse to the other window, right click in the file pane and select New File, the new file is created in the wrong window (eg. the one which is currently focused).

What I expected: The file should be created in the window where I right clicked and selected 'New File'.

1) latest version of ST2 i guess was 2200; Why do you use such an antique version?
2) I suppose it's an osx issue (or, how apple users love to say, it's a feature, you just have to enter in the right mindset  ):

Click-through doesn't really have anything to do with right-clicking on a specific region in a background window. This is a bug in Sublime. :)
