Double-click file opens new ST2 even if ST2 already is open

Double-click file opens new ST2 even if ST2 already is open

Postby jakobud on Tue Feb 14, 2012 10:33 pm

In Windows 7, I have .php files set to open in Sublime Text 2 by default. If I already have ST2 open and I double-click a .php file in Explorer, it opens a new ST2. How can I change this so it opens in the current ST2? I only ever want to have one ST2 window/instance.

According to my SublimeText2 this is for OSX only. I'm in Windows:

Code: Select all
// OS X only: When files are opened from finder, or by dragging onto the
// dock icon, this controls if a new window is created or not.
"open_files_in_new_window": true,
