Soda Theme – I can't find the packages folder (Ubuntu)

Postby jscoder on Thu Feb 16, 2012 2:41 pm

Hi,

I'm using Kubuntu 11.10 and the 2165 build of ST2 and want to use the awesome soda theme: https://github.com/buymeasoda/soda-theme

In the description it says I have to move the files to the packages folder in the ST2 folder. Unfortunately I'm not able to find it. It's not in the ST2 folder. (There's just a folder called "Pristine Packages"). When I click on Preferences -> Browse Packages in the ST2 menu nothing happens.

Any advice?

Try putting it in your ~/.config/sublime-text-2/Packages directory that Sublime created the first time you ran it.

Personally I used the package manager to install the theme.

Thanks, that did the job! :) Awesome support forum is awesome.

// I could swear that I searched for Soda in the package manager but didn't find anything.
