HTML5 Pluggin - Doesnt let me close tags

#1

I stumbled upton the HTML5 Package and wanted to try it out.
Sadly i coudlnt even get past the tag, as it wouldnt allow me to close any tags.
When Pressing SUPER + Alt + . nothing happens, when I try to type in </ it automatically deletes the <.

Am I doing something wrong, or has anybody else encountered that problem?

Disable the Tag package (worked for me), it seems it will cause issues with “</” and “/”.

Tag package may try to reinstall itself if just deleting the files?

Well, this lets me finally type in </

Sadly, it will not resolve the issue that it closes tags via SUPER + Alt + . which is kinda weird,

Same problem here: I can SUPER+ALT+. to close tags if the document is “HTML”, but not if it’s “HTML5”. Even doing “Edit > Tag > Close Tag” doesn’t work.

And I don’t have the Tag package installed (not listed in Preferences > Package Control > Disable Pacakge), so that’s not the issue.

(Build 2180 on OS X Lion, BTW.)
