I’m having trouble with Sublime Text 2 on Mac OSX.

I can’t get Sublime to accept the keyboard layouts I’m using and it defaults to the standard British layout instead of my customised one, which has keys changed around such as " and @.

Unfortunately when in Sublime the option to use my preferred layout is greyed out and unusable. Is there any fix for this problem? I’m a touch typer and used to this layout and it’s really impacting my speed and accuracy, many thanks!
