Why are system variables different between Windows7 environment and the sublime environment ?

git is not there in PATH as shown by sublimetext.
The image is verry wide, so you need large screen to see the complete image, just usel link under pic, to go to pic

git is in PATH as shown by my system.

Did you start the cmd / ST 2 with different user credentials (admin privileges / user privileges)?
