Don't close the application on CTRL-W

#1

CTRL-W is the keyboard shortcut for closing an internal window. If I’ve say 3 files open and I want to close them I may press that keyboard shortcut repeatedly. But if there are no windows open then the application shuts down. How can I stop this happening? It’s not standard behaviour and it’s a bit irritating. If I want to close the application I will use the standard ALT-F4 shortcut.

PS Sublime Text 2 rocks

Window Close Behaviour

Ctrl+W matches, by and large, behavior seen in web browsers, and is imo correct.

That being said, if you rebind ctrl+w to “close_file”, instead of “close”, it should behave as you ask for.

That worked for me, thanks.
