Dragging selected text is not working.

In build:2195 under Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) dragging selected text is not working!

The following appears in the console:

Sublime Text 2   Could not create CoreDragImageSpec from NSImage
Sublime Text 2   dragging image does not contain bitmap


Preferences are set to allow this functionality and are not being overridden:

The same synced configuration is working as expected in Lion 10.7

Anyone else seen this?

I'm running 10.6, and having select + drag issues, as well. I'm having the same issue in Eclipse IDE, though not TextEdit.
