When search-replacing (Ctrl+H) the shortcut for switching “Preserve case” (Alt+A) doesn’t work for me.

Having the same problem here, furthermore alt+c, alt+r, & alt+w don’t do anything either.
That’s strange, the shortcuts you mention do work for me, it’s just Alt+A that doesn’t.
Anyone know a place where i can report this bug?
Open up the console (control+`) and type: sublime.log_commands(True)
Then press alt+a and see what sublime is calling.
It says:
command: toggle_preserve_case
So it seems the correct keys are getting through, must be something wrong in the code handling it.
Also: i just tested this on my girlfriends laptop: a completely differnt system: same behaviour. Windows 7 32bit.
