Reproduce:
-Create project.
-Edit. Make an error so this message show:

-Go to another tab in sublime. Copy text.
-Try to paste in project.
-ERROR MESSAGE PASTED!

Seems to be because error message window was on background. Windows environment.

Edit: Ah, I get it now. You mustn’t close the message box, then the pasted message would that one from copying from the message box. I guess it is eating the “ctrl+c” keybinding or something.

That’s default behaviour in Windows for every software. When a modal popup is on focus, CTRL+C will copy the message text.

@tito: Yes, but the message is in fact not the active window (because it’s not modal). If you have windows, try it yourself. It often happens to me that I forget to close the message box and it’s still open in the background while I’m still using ST.
