Updated to 2.0.1 this morning and now half of my custom packages either aren’t loading or aren’t working at all. Sometimes simply disabling and re-enabling a package gets it working again, and for some packages nothing can get it working (I’ve even tried removing and re-installing them). However if you restart Sublime Text you’re back to square 1 and have to disable and re-enable all the broken packages again. Note all of the broken packages were installed via PackageControl, I haven’t tried manually installing them to see if that fixes it.

Some examples:

• IndentGuides - disable/re-enable gets this working again
• SyncedSideBar - nothing seems to get this working again
• PackageControl, sublime-jslint, ZenCoding are all still working fine

Anyone have any ideas what might be happening here? Is there some setting I’ve missed somewhere around upgrades and disabling custom packages? Was there an API change and I just need to wait for new versions of these packages? Potential bug?
