anyway my problem is:

I uninstalled + installed new version trying to run ST2 and get this error on Win7
I am not able to run ST2 anymore, still getting this error even after new reinstall

did anyone see this error before?

Try Reverting to a freshly installed state (not the same as reinstalling)
