When I have a project open in ST and I’m working in another program and then select ST from the dock with my mouse a new blank file tab opens. How can I disable this so that when I select ST from the dock the current tab is selected not a new file tab?

I have no custom user settings enabled. This does not happen when I go into ST from command-tab. Is this a bug? I’m using build 2215, OSX 10.7.4
