Problem on Linux with Wine

I've been using Sublime surprisingly well on LInux with Wine, with one exception. When I update a file outside of the editor (e.g. source control), the editor hangs. Anybody else seeing this issue?

To refine this a little bit, it only seems to happen when the updated file was the current file being edited in Sublime. If it's not the current file, it works fine.

While I haven't tried running under wine, setting ignoreChanged to true in Preferences/Default File Preferences may help.
