The list under View -> Syntax is unscrollable due to the bottom arrow not being visible (it’s slightly off-screen). This is probably caused by my primary monitor being taller than my secondary monitor, where I keep Sublime Text. If I access the list while ST is on the primary screen, the arrow shows up fine.

You can add any syntaxes you don’t use to your ignored_packages list and they won’t appear in the menu.
