Hi there!

I just freshly installed Ubuntu 12.04 on my laptop alongside Windows. I have the registered version of sublime text on the windows install, but when I try to register it within Ubuntu it only stays registered while it is running. When I close it and open it again it says UNREGISTERED again.

Any ideas what’s going on?

I figured it out, I had to run sublime text as super user (sudo) in order to register it. I guess so it has write access to it’s folder.

I hope this discovery helps someone else!
