How can I get the switch project dialog to list all my projects. As it stands now it seems to only show some from the recent list…

I believe it will only show recent projects—it won’t automatically search your hard drive for .sublime-project files or anything like that. There may be a way to extend the number of recent projects listed, though. I know that in Main.sublime-menu you can list more recent projects in the recent projects menu by copying and pasting the menu-item, but I don’t know how that interacts with whatever actually keeps track of the most recent projects (i.e. if there’s an upper limit somewhere).

For me it shows all of them, what OS are you on?
