I’m using linux 64-bit. I have no plugins installed, I’ve just now downloaded and unzipped the package. Here’s what’s happening:

Step 1: highlight a bit of text
Step 2: ctrl+c or ctrl+x
Step 3: move the cursor with the mouse or arrow keys

Current line updates, but the displayed cursor doesn’t move. I can type and do whatever normally. But if I wait a minute or two, eventually the copy/cut command goes through, and the displayed cursor jumps to wherever the actual one is. This is rather bizarre behavior, as there’s no reason a simple copy/cut should take that long to complete.

If there’s any other relevant info that might help you understand my problem, I’ll be happy to give it.

Looks like a neat editor otherwise, I’m sure I’ve just got something wonky going on.

EDIT: Figured it out. xfce4-clipman was running in the background and interfering somehow. Killing it fixes the issue.
