Syntax Error and Snippets Not Working

Hey Guys,

Two Questions:

1) Any idea why the syntaxes aren't changing correctly for PHP and HTML? I tried installing DetectSyntax but that didn't help.

2) When I install new snippets (even my own) they don't appear in sublime. Tab completion still works though but there is no option bubble.
