OSX, Move by subword (camel case)

I want to navigate a word written in camel case and move the cursor to a previous/next subword

`Alt + Left/Right` moves the cursors according to `word_separators`. What is the equivalent for moving by subword?
`Ctrl + Shift + Left/Right` does select subwords, but `Ctrl + Left/Right` does nothing. Is there a way to enable this?

check if you have "switch between spaces" using ctrl+arrows.
im using snow leopard and i had to disable spaces navigation with ctrl+arrows because of this.
