Scroll on new betas

both on 20100128 and 20100131 how can i use the trackpad to scroll?

on 20100201 how can i enable "Added support for scrolling a page at a time with the mouse wheel"?

It's dependent on your system having support for it. The actual change was to add a pair of invisible win32 scrollbars, so any devices that scroll by directly manipulating scrollbars, rather than sending WM_MOUSEWHEEL messages, can work.

Page at a time scrolling with the mouse wheel requires you to set that option in Windows: Go to Control Panel/Mouse/Wheel then select "One screen at a time" rather than "n lines at a time"
