File change detection

This is crutial if you use mutliple editors at a time (e.g. specialized ones for some tasks) or version control.

Yep, I'm with you on this - it's on the todo list, just a matter of putting the right priority next to it.

This is in as of 20080326, and has options to both ignore all changes, and auto-reload on changes.
