Hire someone to provide support

You have a great product, but absolutely zero support.
You don’t answer posts in the technical support forum. If we weren’t neglected enough, you force us to visit the forums over and over to make up for the fact you removed email notification.

I appreciate your desire to focus on the development of the product, but get someone that can spend the time to service users, at least in some capacity and for fscks sake turn on email notification.
