This post ( viewtopic.php?f=4&t=770&start=0#p6013 ) explains how to install Fortran syntax highlighting:
You can get Fortran syntax highlighting by downloading the .tmLanguage file from http://svn.textmate.org/trunk/Bundles/F ... /Syntaxes/, and placing it under Packages/User (or something else, such as Packages/Fortran), which you can navigate to from the Preferences/Browse Packages menu. You'll have to restart Sublime Text after placing it there.

You can do the same thing, but with the HAML bundle instead. There's one at http://svn.textmate.org/trunk/Bundles/R ... l.tmbundle.
You might also be able to use the *.tmSnippet files, but I don't use snippets, so I can't comment.

Yes, I agree HAML should be added to the default set of languages. Has anyone pulled the TM bundle over and verified it?

Yep, I grabbed the HAML tmLanguage file from the noted location, dropped it in Packages/HAML/, and it works great! This should be added to the default syntaxes, since HAML is used widely for Ruby web dev.
