Sometimes we work with very large files, which have different functions and is very complicated software than scrolling through the file.

If you could open the same file multiple times, you could work in 2 or 3 parties who are widely separated.

I use sublime text much, and this would be something very useful functionality.

File -> New File Into View

Use this github.com/SublimeText/PreventFakeClones (to not corrupt/overwrite your file)

Just a sub-optimal solution:
Set a bookmark on each part and then you can quickly switch between the two.
Browse the key bindings file to know the shortcuts.
