Shift+Tab Non-Whitespace Line

#1

Right now if you try and shift+tab after non-whitespace characters, sublime simply adds another tab.

Sometimes I need to add tabs (as spaces) after some code to align it, and it is annoying to have shift+tab behave differently in that situation. I would actually prefer shift+tab do nothing, if this isn’t possible, rather than add a tab (the exact opposite behavior of what it should be doing) in that situation.
