I prefer to have word wrap enabled (always have) but on Sublime Text 3 the experience is rather dismal.

For starters when Word Wrap is enabled, the horizontal scroll bar should always be visible. This is expected on any application when you have Word Wrap enabled. But at the moment you have to scroll down to get the horizontal scroll bar to reveal itself, which is kind of dumb when you think about it.

And when the horizontal scroll bar is visible, it disappears in less than half a second. If I’m quick enough to get my mouse pointer down there in time, I need the precision of a fighter jet pilot to grab the 4 pixel high scroll bar in time.

If you’re going to have Word Wrap as an option, please make the experience actually usable. Right now it’s kind of difficult, and embarrassing.
