Feature request for: Top, right, bottom and left margin for the editor

"margin": [20, 10, 20, 10]

Is that setting used in the preferences, the theme, or the new .sublime-syntax format? If in a theme, what class does the editor use? I’ve been looking for a way to add a top margin to the edit window.

It’s the syntax that is based on sublime-theme preferences. AFAIK, there is no way to adjust top margin.
