The “super” key isn’t really like Vim’s leader character (which it seems like you are comparing it to). “Super” is just the term giving to define the command key on OSX and the Windows key on windows and linux. It’s not really something you can customize. However, you could use a find and replace on the keybindings file in Packages/Vintage, replacing super with comma. That should have the same result.
